Distributed Collaboration
CEID recognizes that collaboration will enable the network to generate key elements that will further the prospects of eco-industrial development.
Collaboration will, at least, include information sharing, coordination and cooperation. Fortunately a multitude of tools are available on the Internet to advance these elements of collaboration. One tool category is Social Networking. CEID has been greatly influenced by the writing of Mitch Kapor, founder of Lotus 123, and his descriptions of Massively Distributed Collaboration with explanations as to how exemplary applications such as Wikipedia have emerged.
